Zusammenfassung

Wie auch im Kindesalter muss die Ernährungstherapie bei Erwachsenen auf die in spezifischen Altersabschnitten vermehrt auftretenden Besonderheiten abgestimmt werden. Während insgesamt bei Erwachsenen häufig Adipositas und daraus resultierende Stoffwechselerkrankungen beachtet werden müssen, gilt es im Senium insbesondere auf die veränderte Körperkomposition und die Mangel- und Unterernährung zu achten.
