Zusammenfassung
Um als Unternehmen im Markt dauerhaft bestehen zu können und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit weiter steigern zu können, sind innovative Produkte und Dienstleistungen, sowie deren Erstellung in hoher Qualität, geplantem Zeitrahmen und Kosten von herausragender Bedeutung. Für Firmen, die technische bzw. elektronische Produkte herstellen, ist Software schon seit geraumer Zeit und in immer noch steigendem Maße ein enorm kritischer Faktor. Dies liegt im hohen Arbeitsanteil und den damit verbundenen Kosten begründet, aber auch zunehmend in den Anforderungen an die Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit, Einsetzbarkeit, Änderbarkeit, Verfügbarkeit und Bedienbarkeit und deren oft dramatischen Auswirkungen bei Abweichungen.
