Der Projektstrukturplan (PSP) dokumentiert hierarchisch die Struktur Ihres Projektes.Jedes PSP-Element begründet sich aus mindestens einer Anforderung (Produkt- oderProjektanforderung, Randbedingung etc) oder bearbeitet sie (analysiert, spezifiziert,plant, implementiert, testet, usw.) Es gibt kein PSPElement, das nicht auf diese Weisebegründet ist. Damit spiegelt der PSP jederzeit den Projektumfang vollständigwider.
