Abstract
Rotational speed is one of the most important parameters for closed loop control on engine of UAV. Working principle of rotational speed measurement and futures of Enhanced Capture Unit on DSP TMS320F28335 were introduced. The design of rotational speed measurement system based on DSP was put forward. The software and hardware methods of the system were described. System can measure rotational speed real-time with high precision. Evidences show that the system works with stability and reliability and generalizes with practicability and value of popularize.
