Abstract
Practical talents training of the educational technology is according to the practical personnel training requirements. It is combined with the specialty of educational technology itself, using a variety of talents training mode and reasonable development of professional teaching program. Moreover, it includes training objectives, training principles, basic requirements, and detailed description to train the qualified personnel.
