Abstract

The acquisition, usage and integration of resource are the key to decide the core competitiveness of new venture, which plays great important role for enterprise. This paper starts from the classification of resource type needed by the new venture, and analyzes its resource identification, acquisition and developing process, then constructs resource integration process model, at last discusses the factors of influencing enterprise’s resource integration.
