Abstract
The urban construction management is the foundation and the first task of the development of a city. All cities also have paid great attention on the work. Although in recent years the city management has achieved great success, there are still a lot of problems. To this, this paper aiming at these problems are analysed and studied measures of strengthening urban construction management from three aspects. The first aspect is strengthening planning and management, playing the leading role of planning. The second aspect is conducting city planning work with the sustainable development view. The third aspect is promoting management innovation vigorously, putting forth effort to building the long-term standardized management.
