Abstract

Through a survey and analysis of Orienteering Referee in Hebei Province, it has been learned that Orienteering referees in Hebei Province are generally poor in operational capacity, low in technological level, and weak in strength. Their regional distribution is uneven. As to the problems, such suggestions have been provided as to strengthen the youth referee training, optimize structure of referee geographical distribution, and organize regularly training courses for Orienteering referees. The essay provides reference to promote the training and management of referees in Hebei Province, and the improvement of judgment, making judgment in orienteering more standardized and scientific.
