Abstract

In order to study the reduction efficiency of NO with Ozone produced by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD). The NO removal experiments with different O2 flow were performed. As a result, the NO removal rate changed little with discharge power at different concentration of O2. The NO removal rate improved with concentration of O2 increasing at same energy density. More NO2 oxidized with higher ozone concentration and higher discharge power, which lead to concentration of NO2 decrease. Therefore, concentration of O2 is important facor as for removal of NO with ozone produced by DBD.
