Abstract
This paper establishes a labour market indicators system by reference to the labour market indicators system of International Labour Office and according to the actual situation of Chinese labour market. It puts forward labour market monitoring and evaluation methods and applies the methods to analyzing the present situation of Chinese labour market. Moreover, it points out that the research on labour market monitoring and elevation model should be established on the basis of detailed and reliable data, so that it’s necessary to complete labour survey system and reform existing indicators and survey methods to meet the needs of information, consultation and monitoring.
