Abstract
This article uses document-data method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to make a study on behavior constitution, physical characteristics and other aspects in sports lifestyle of elder people, proposes a construction model of sports participation behavior for the elderly, analyzes their purposes of training, programs and places, and suggests that they should take exercise in the moderate intensity, which provides a theoretical basis for scientific guidance and intervention of sports lifestyle of the elderly.
