Abstract
Real-time communication software has been playing an increasingly important role in our work and life. With the rapid progress of computer and network technique, it is needed to develop the adaptable and reliable real-time communication software for users. This paper is a pilot study on constructing a comprehensive evaluating indicators system for assessing acceptability of real time communication software. Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied for evaluating those indicators. All weight coefficients for evaluating indicators system are from an investigation on specialists on software engineering. The results show that there are two indicators mostly influencing acceptability of real time communication software.
