Abstract
Este trabajo presenta la caracterización del desempeño, en términos de velocidad de computación, de un algoritmo de anotación automático de la señal de ECG. Dicho algoritmo utiliza la transformada wavelet continua con función madre gaussiana, para la localización de los puntos fiduciales sobre la señal de ECG. Para evaluar el desempeño, se procesaron 30 ficheros de la base de datos estándar “European S-T”, obteniendo la anotación automática y los parámeros del ECG cuantitativo asociados. Los resultados obtenidos permiten garantizar el empleo de dicho algoritmo en sistemas de evaluación del ECG cuantitativo en tiempo real.
