Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel enthält die wichtigsten Aspekte des konventionellen und intrakardialen Elektrokardiogramms. Nach einer Darstellung der Normalbefunde werden neben der Beschreibung physiologischer Veränderungen des Oberflächen-EKG die wichtigsten pathologischen EKG-Veränderungen, unabhängig von der zugrunde liegenden Ätiologie dargestellt. Erregungsbildung- und Leitungsstörungen werden in Kap. 19 beschrieben.
