Zusammenfassung
Das vorliegende Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über eine Reihe empirischer Arbeiten zur Kontrolle einfacher Greifbewegungen. Dabei wird besonders die Rolle von intendierten Handlungszielen und -effekten bei der Planung und Ausführung willkürlicher Verhaltensakte betrachtet. Zu den folgenden Themen werden Beispiele aus der Bewegungsforschung besprochen:

Koordination bimanueller Bewegungen,

End-state Comfort Effekt und

Organisation von Bewegungssequenzen im Kontext von Doppeltätigkeitsaufgaben
Wie die Arbeiten aus den unterschiedlichen Forschungsschwerpunkten zeigen, determinieren intendierte Handlungsziele und -effekte die Koordination motorischer Verhaltensakte. Antizipative Verhaltenskontrolle ist danach ein grundlegendes Prinzip in der Konstruktion willkürlicher Bewegungen.
