Zusammenfassung

Von entzündlichen Herzkrankheiten, die durch Bakterien oder Viren hervorgerufen werden oder von genetisch determinierten Herzerkrankungen, zu denen auch bestimmte Formen der Kardiomyopathie gehören, werden solche abgegrenzt, die vorherrschend auf immunologische Störungen im engeren Sinne zurückzuführen sind (◘ Tab. 14.1).
