Zusammenfassung

Bei den antibakteriellen Substanzen kam es 2009 im Vergleich zum Vorjahr erneut zu einer leichten Steigerung des Verordnungsvolumens nach definierten Tagesdosen (DDD) (vgl. Tabelle1.1). Im langjährigen Vergleich ist die Verordnungsmenge einschließlich der des Jahres 2009 jedoch recht konstant. Betalactame, Tetracycline, und Makrolidantibiotika stellen neben den Chemotherapeutika aus dem Bereich der Fluorchinolone (Gyrasehemmer), Sulfonamide, Nitroimidazole und Nitrofurantoin die praktisch bedeutsamsten Gruppen dar.
