Zusammenfassung

Zu den Penisdeviationen zählen:

  • Induratio penis plastica (IPP, »Peyronie’s disease«) als erworbene, benigne Erkrankung mit den Symptomen peniler Plaque, einer meistens nach dorsal, seltener nach lateral gerichteten Deviation, penilen Schmerzen und z. T. einer ED,

  • kongenitale Penisdeviation mit einer angeborenen, meist nach ventral gerichteten Penisverkrümmung,

  • Definition der Penisdeviationsrichtung (Ansicht von lateral, Penisachse waagrecht):

  • ventrale Devitation: nach unten,

  • dorsale Deviation: nach oben.
