Zusammenfassung

Das Ulcus molle ist eine klassische Geschlechtskrankheit und wird nur beim sexuellen Kontakt übertragen. Es verursacht schmerzhafte Ulzera, welche konfluieren können, sodass das Bild einer großen Läsion mit granulomatösem Grund entsteht. Bei 50 % der betroffenen Frauen findet sich eine inguinale Lymphadenopathie.
