Abstract

Since January 2006, the mobile phone company O2 has belonged to the Spanish company Telefónica — one of the largest globally active telecoms companies. André Krause, now Chief Financial Officer at O2 Germany, was in charge of the German part of the integration project. In this interview, he summarises his experience as the manager of a programme office.
