Dynamic Analysis of Rotor-Bearing-Foundation System for 1000MW Ultra-Supercritical Turbine-generator Set

Abstract

This paper research the dynamic behavior of the rotor-bearing system for ultra-supercritical turbine-generator set with the frame-foundation coupled vibrations. Dynamic Substructure Method and Modal Synthetic Method are applied in this paper. Dynamic analysis result of the rotor-bearing system for ultra-supercritical turbine-generator set in general analysis model is also presented in the paper. The dynamic analysis of the rotor-bearing-frame foundation system in this paper can help engineers to forecast the effect of the frame-foundation on rotor-bearing system dynamic behavior and to modify design of rotor-bearing-foundation system.
