Zusammenfassung
Kutane Zysten gehören zu den häufigsten Hautveränderungen. Es handelt sich um sacculäre Strukturen in der Kutis und gelegentlich der Subkutis, welche eine Verbindung zur Oberfläche oder zu Hautanhangsgebilden haben können. Sie können solitär oder multipel auftreten und mit klinischen Syndromen assoziiert sein. Bei der Mehrzahl der Zysten handelt es sich wahrscheinlich um idiopathische zystische Missbildungen im Sinne von Hamartomen, welche nach dem prädominierenden Typ des auskleidenden Epithels klassifiziert werden. Man kann Hautzysten grob in adnexielle Zysten (follikuläre Zysten, Talgdrüsengangzysten, ekkrine/apokrine Gangzysten und gemischte Zysten) und nicht adnexielle Zysten einteilen.
