Abstract
Skin rejuvenation of the neck is a subject that has received little attention owing mainly to the fear that ablative resurfacing in this area was simply thought to be unsafe and risky. However, the authors’ clinical experience with ablative chemical resurfacing in this area has borne out a remarkable aesthetic benefit without concomitant morbidity profile. Understanding how to approach the neck area can be an important adjunct in the armamentarium of global facial rejuvenation.
