Abstract

C1–2 arthrography and steroid injection is a radiological approach to the treatment of cervical spine pathology of the fi rst two vertebrae. Arthrography is the fi rst step for treatment with a long acting steroid injection (Chevrot et al. 1995; Hove and Gyldensted 1990). For the moment, there is no other technique for pain management in the craniovertebral region.
