Bei akuten interstitiellen Nephritiden underscheidet man die medikamenteninduzierte Nephrits, Nephritis als Folge von Infektionen (▸ Kap. 98), Nephritis bei Systemerkrankunge (▸ Kap. 90) und bei Malignomen sowie die akute idiopathische interstitielle Nephritis.
