Einleitung Die wichtigsten pathogenen Erreger sind betahämolysierende Streptokokken der Gruppe A und Staphylococcus aureus. Während Streptokokken auf gesunder Haut normalerweise nicht zu finden sind, gehört S. aureus zur transienten Flora der Haut. Bis zu 30% der Bevölkerung sind Keimträger (vornehmlich Nasenhöhle).
