Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen der Behandlung der Handfehlbildungen wird der Plastische Chirurg auch mit angeborenen Fehlbildungen der Füße konfrontiert, wobei wir uns im eigenen Vorgehen auf die Korrektur der anlagebedingten Fehlbildungen distal der Tarsometatarsalgelenke beschränken. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pädiatern, Orthopäden und Orthopädietechnikern ist dabei unabdingbare Voraussetzung für ein optimales Rehabilitationsergebnis.
