Zusammenfassung
Hannah Arendt ist für ihre Interdisziplinarität bekannt. Sie findet insofern ihr Ebenbild in einer anderen Ikone jüdischer Intellektueller, in Martin Buber. Buber und Arendt teilten in gewissem Maße Bildungshintergrund und Zukunftsperspektiven, gemeinsame Geschichte und die Prägungen einer ähnlichen theologischen Ausbildung – im Fall von Buber in großer Vertrautheit mit der jüdischen Mystik – mit jeweils Bezügen zu den menschlichen Angelegenheiten und zum politischem Leben.
