Zusammenfassung
Bei der Lösung eines Problems stellen Kommunikations- und Koordinationsschwierigkeiten häufig Hindernisse zur Erreichung des gewünschten Ziels dar. Mit CONSUL (CONversation Structuring UtiLity) soll durch Strukturierung der Konversation eine möglichst herrschaftsfreie Problemlösung in einer Gruppe realisiert werden. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Selbstkoordination der Gruppenmitglieder durch sprachliche Äußerungen. Die Durchführung der Konversationsstrukturierung und des Problemlösungsprozesses in CONSUL basieren auf der Argumentationstheorie nach RlTTEL und der Theorie der Sprechakte. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil von CONSUL ist die Editier- und Veränderbarkeit des Problemlösungsprozesses, der Sprechakte und der Sprechaktsequenzen. Die dafür erforderlichen Werkzeuge des Systems werden innerhalb des Beitrags beschrieben. Das Beispiel eines Problemlösungsprozesses veranschaulicht abschließend die Wirkungsweise von CONSUL.
