Zusammenfassung
Die Sozialpolitik gehört zu den Bereichen, die einer systematischen und planmäßigen Gestaltung am schwierigsten zugänglich sind. Während zum Beispiel Bildungsplanung oder Stadtplanung bereits zu fest verankerten Konzepten mit relativ gut ausgebauten Apparaten geworden sind, fehlt der Sozialplanung noch die weitergehende Anerkennung und institutionelle Absicherung.
