Abstract
At the end of 2016, shared bikes suddenly became popular in China. It’s a typical innovation that conforms to the business model of the disruptive innovation, and its product features are also accord with the characteristics of disruptive technology. But with the large increase of shared bikes, all of bike enterprises dropped into the fierce competition, so the second technical innovation becomes extremely urgent. In addition, due to the proliferation of shared bikes, which also brought a lot of problems. Based on the analysis of shared bikes innovation model, this paper uses 9 windows system for resource analysis and needs analysis. Finally, by the process of technical system decomposition, TRIZ and disruptive innovation methodologies are used to analyze its past and forecast its future development of technology opportunities.
