Abstract

After the introduction of the Kock pouch there has been numerous other methods described but mainly used in a few centers. Further, as the nipple construction has been one or the week constructions of the Kock pouch there have been some attempts to construct a valve-less continent pouch. This chapter will describe some of these alternative methods and strives for an improved continent pouch.
