Abstract
Learning a new technique after training is challenging. There are many obstacles to overcome. Creating a plan and writing down your strategy can help to insure success. In the end, you have to be honest with yourself, your patients, and your staff that you are doing something new and there will be learning points along the way for everyone involved. The chapter gives some helpful advice for how to start something new in your practice.
