Abstract
In this chapter we explain on example of demand planning processes, a “Big 4” consultancy company, methodology of how to assess process/organizational/technology maturity which is used to build transformation plan supported with business case. We start with qualitative inputs and quantitative assessment. Both streams combine can be used to understand maturity stages explained on example. We bring example of to-be maturity and scale of desired transformation explained based on qualitative and quantitative assessment findings. Transformation opportunities are then identified and prioritized. We share how and what to consider to define transformation prioritization. Finally we explain key steps in business case definition.
