Abstract

This contribution in the form of a case study presents application part of TRIZ methodology to increase the productivity of pressing ceramic cores, including two videos, i.e. the original state and implemented innovative solutions in the company. RCA diagram was arranged for undesirable effect - low productivity. This “map” of low productivity made possible the formulation of the causes and consequences. Thereby the contradictions have been made visible. Their solution with support of inventive principles and separation approaches has led to the innovation of production process.
