Abstract
This chapter addresses some of the conceptual tools of Alfred North Whitehead that have direct implications for conceiving the process of learning as a creative adventure and for forming effective and commensurate pedagogical strategies. Whitehead’s concern for the creative advance into novelty is related to learning processes as a ‘coming into existence’ and the pedagogical work of developing a nurturing context. This also demands a process of eternal vigilance for the relevance of learning practices that may seem irrelevant to pedagogical frameworks.
Have a care, here is something that matters.
