Abstract
Lee Burns, Executive Vice President of Hillsong College responds to this book with an official statement from Hillsong’s leadership. Providing a summary of the history, and core functions of the church, this response also outlines the church’s media engagement to date following the incredible expansion of the church. He provides a summary of Hillsong leadership’s stance to date in regards to scholarship, providing a hopeful picture of the future of academic engagement, and dialogue.
