Abstract
Fibroepithelial lesions are some of the most commonly identified tumors in the breast. They are comprised of stromal and glandular elements, the combination of which can range from benign fibroadenomas to malignant phyllodes. The overlap in clinical and radiologic features, and some distinguishing imaging and histological features, are discussed in the context of clinical management.
