Abstract

In the present word it propose synthesize AgNP’s from a industrial solution rich on Ag+ obtained from solid waste, using a typical three-electrode cell; a titanium rod as work electrode, a DSA as counter electrode and a (SCE) satured calomel electrode as reference electrode. The electrochemical techniques used for the synthesis were: ciclic voltamperometry, chronopotentiometry and galvanostatic pulses. The chronopotentiometries allowed to identify the current with greater stability in ion silver Reduction (–282.6 µA), which was applied to the galvanostatic pulses technique. The characterizations by SEM-EDS, AAS y XRD proved the presence of Ag nanoparticles, with sizes among 36 nm and quasi-spherical morphologies. This checks the feasibility of obtaining nanostructured materials from industrial waste for subsequent application in industry, contributing solid waste treatment to reduce and its impact on the environment.
