Introduction
A fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA), Kaslow is board-certified through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in Forensic Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Couple and Family Psychology. She is a past president of two APA divisions: Society for Couple and Family Psychology (43) and Media Psychology (46). She served 9 years on the Board of Trustees of the ABPP and two terms on the APA Council of Representatives. She is the recipient of many prestigious awards; the awards most meaningful to her are the American Psychological Foundation Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Practice of Psychology, the APA Award for Distinguished Contribution to the International Advancement of Psychology, and the Russell J. Bent Award for Distinguished Service and Contributions to ABPP.
