Abstract
During the last years, many researches have been performed to optimise the diagnostic and therapeutic work-up for infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Unfortunately, many are the questions still unanswered about the relationship between the PCOS and the infertility. In the present chapter, the available clinical evidences about the management of infertility in patients with PCOS will be summarised, and the main future perspectives will be discussed.
