Abstract

The reconstructive vaginal set includes specific items in addition to standard surgical instrumentation. This will differ from surgeon to surgeon and is heavily influenced by training. In fact, entering the operative room with surgeons trained in related fields (urology, gynecology, colorectal surgery) or in different training programs will expand one’s repertoire for instrumentation.
