Abstract
In this chapter, three types of pigmented lesions have been addressed including freckles and lentigos, melanocytic nevi, and melanoma. They exhibit diverse features, such as certain clinical characteristics, shapes, colors, as well as distribution. It is essential to be able to recognize them, most importantly, to detect melanoma in its early stages.
