Abstract
Two groups of patients with stage IV of Dupuytren contracture were compared. One group was treated with PNF, the other with limited fasciectomy. Percutaneous needle fasciotomy (PNF) in combination with the use of topical collagenase after treatment gives better results with fewer complications than limited fasciectomy.
