Abstract

Atrial arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardias (atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia, atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, and atrial tachycardia) frequently coexist with J wave syndromes particularly in patients with Brugada syndrome. There are important epidemiologic, clinical and prognostic implications of atrial arrhythmias in J wave syndromes.
