Abstract
The 26-year-old patient had breast augmentation with textured implants 6 years previously. She recently developed a seroma on the right side. Despite multiple aspirations, the seroma persisted. The Group suggested culture and sensitivity of the aspirate, replacement of the implant with a smooth implant, and possible capsulectomy. Surgery was performed and the results were very good at 2 months postoperative.
