Abstract
A 27-year-old female had breast augmentation with high-profile, smooth, round gel implants in a subfascial pocket. Postoperatively both implants were a little high and a Marena breast strap was employed. The right breast implant remained high and was firm. The Group discussed revision with various methods. There was a question of whether the right implant was contracted or had inadequate dissection of the pocket.
Revision was performed with improvement in the asymmetry.
