Comorbidities Associated with Vaginal Hysterectomy

Abstract

The patients selected for vaginal hysterectomy (VH) often have similar concomitants which include pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and an overall weakness of the connective tissue. Due to these preoperative conditions, frequent comorbidities of VH comprise recurrent POP and urinary stress incontinence.
