Definition
Change affects every organization, and it is imperative that managers prepare for it and effectively lead and support their employees through transitional periods. In recent years, change occurs so quickly that it is essential for managers to create and maintain a culture of change in their organizations in order to adapt swiftly and sufficiently. The chapter will discuss the driving forces of organizational change and how leaders can effectively implement change.
