Abstract

In this paper we describe our monitoring solutions based on GNSS technique. Our company sell GNSS hardware and develop software for many geodetic applications. For monitoring applications, in particular, we study and realize customized solutions. In these cases generally we have two types of solutions. The first one is a system for post-processing GNSS from daily to quasi real-time applications: we use a GNSS permanent station equipment for the MASTER in which we have a GNSS receiver, a geodetic antenna, an UPS and a device for Ethernet connection; for monitored points we use a customizable equipment in which we have a GNSS receiver, a geodetic antenna, a solar panel and/ or batteries and a device for Ethernet connection. Our second solution is designed to use GNSS low-cost receivers and for GNSS permanent real-time applications: it consist of a WEB Monitoring Service able to collect NMEA messages sent by the receivers used to monitor one or many sites at the same time. Registered users can have access to data stored in a database and to 3D plots displacements. In this paper we present one of our last project, the monitoring system designed to control a landslide named of “Maseroz” placed in Veneto region (Italy).
